Gelcoat White Pint/Sandable 250ml

FOR REPAIR AND RESURFACING OF FIBERGLASS BOATS, ATV’s, RV’s TUBS

Clean and degrease/dewax surface with Acetone. Apply only over fiberglass or Gelcoat. Clean brushes and tools with acetone. Sand and dewax with Acetone between coats.

Add 1.5 % MEKP Hardener (8 drops per oz.) above 20C/70F, 2 % (10 drops per oz.) below.

Mix only volume of Gelcoat you can use within 10 to 15 minutes. Working time 15 to 20 min.

Sandable in 3 to 4 Hrs, longer below 15C, do not use below 8C.

Brush or Roll out as smoothly as possible over clean sanded to 220 grit Gelcoat or Polyester Resin. Gelcoat does not flow like paint so will need to be wet sanded to 1200 grit and buffed to blend and achieve a high gloss.
