Captive Key Pin Halyard Shackle made of polished 316 stainless steel to hold up to salt water and harsh elements. Stock is 5/16 inch and rated at 1500 pounds safe working load. 3 1/16 inch length overall. A very good value for the money.

Strong, simple device that cinches securely to any line 1/2 inch to 1 inch (1.27 cm to 2.54 cm) in diameter. Just loop it twice around a line, snug it tight, and it will hold. Loosens easily for adjustment or removal.
