Opening is oval in shape with the Interior Dimensions at widest point being 3.15” X 1.8” with additional clearance of 1/4” for belt clip on the top ring. Overall Height 5”. Fits 1" tubing. Designed to be easily moved to different locations on the boat and stored below to avoid theft. Rotate clockwise to snap to tube and counter clockwise to remove.
